Happy Monday Sunshiners! ❤ I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! I had a couple of other posts lined up for last week, but unfortunately I have been pretty sick this past week. Today I finally started feeling better and wanted to share this adorable outfit with y’all! You can get this entire outfit in store or online at Charlotte Russe. This was the first time I have ever worn a bodysuit and they are amazing (if you need a blouse to be tucked in). I love that you don’t have to worry about it coming untucked or shifting as you move.  The blush skirt is perfect for Valentine’s Day  and is really fun to twirl in lol! If you sign up with your email on Charlotte Russe’s website you can get 20% off of your entire purchase! 🙂

All of the jewelry I’m wearing, except for my watch, is from Rocksbox, which is the most amazing thing for new jewelry EVER. You pay $19 a month for 3 pieces of designer jewelry. You can wear the pieces as long, or as short as you want, and return for a brand new box with 3 new pieces in it. You also have a wish list to let your stylist know exactly which pieces you want in your box. Also, you have the option to buy any piece in your box at a discounted price.

The pictures below are what I received in my first two boxes and I absolutely loved every piece. I kept the bracelet because I just couldn’t help it haha. I have a little V-Day treat for y’all! You can try out Rocksbox for 1 month completely FREE (no contract) with the code ‘sunshinedaydreamblogxoxo’. You will be given the option to sign up after your free month. This concept is seriously so amazing and will save you tons of money!

HEADBAND: Dottie Couture

Happy Monday Sunshiners! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. I spent most of my weekend trying to get all of my content off of my crashed MacBook Pro. It set me back a tad, but we finally figured it out and that’s all that matters! I am so excited that Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. I have always been a sucker for love and plus who doesn’t love having an excuse to put on your favorite dress and have a ridiculously nice meal?! The dress I’m wearing was purchased from Dottie Couture but their site is currently down right now for inventory. They may still have this dress, and if they do I will be sure to link it when the site is back up. I linked a few similar dresses that are just as cute. I love the style of this dress because it flares out and is low cut (even works for us smaller breasted girls)! I tend to not hold back on the V-Day desserts so a dress that isn’t skin tight makes me feel a little more comfortable. The shoes are AMAZING and less than $40 and also 30% off right now! These heels will had a pop to any little black dress and won’t kill your feet by the end of the night.

Stay tuned this week for Valentine’s Day date night, dinner, dessert, and outfit ideas! ❤

TANK: Electro Threads

SUNGLASSES: Target

If you live in San Antonio, and haven’t been to Eisenhower Park, you are seriously missing out! This park is amazing and is my favorite hike in San Antonio. It has a great mixture of rocky canyons and wooded creek paths. One section of the outer rocky loop has a very extreme incline and decline that makes for a great work out. The entire outer loop actually makes for a fantastic work out. I like to combine running & lunges throughout the about 2.75 mile loop. This is a great park to bring your pets, our dogs absolutely love it. Hiking is our favorite thing to do as a family and it truly brings out the best behavior in our dogs.

There is also a wooden lookout deck that gives you an awesome elevated view of San Antonio, including the downtown area. The hill that leads you up to the post is pretty steep, so I like doing lunges on the way for a little extra workout! The tank top I’m wearing is from one of my favorite companys called Electro Threads and I absolutely love it. All of their designs are colorfully unique and spread a positive message. Finding balance is something I’m trying to do daily in my life & I love wearing this tank as a reminder! ❤

My all time favorite boutique, Dottie Couture, added some seriously cute arrivals last night that I must share with y’all! ❤ Thanks for stopping by & Happy Hump Day!

The last and final part of our Colorado road trip is here! Putting together these final pictures has really made me start to miss Colorado. Pagosa Springs was a real winter wonderland treat and we will definitely be back to experience the summer. On our last day we ate at Two Chicks and a Hippie and it was flat out amazing! I got the Honey Bear Latte, which was amazing, and both of us ordered the Hippie Breakfast. The prices were reasonable and the food was fantastic.

After breakfast, we went back to the house, grabbed the pups and our snowboogie, and headed out to find the perfect hill! We did not have to look far at all, as there ended up being this completely untouched hill right by the house we were staying at. The snow was pretty deep, but we trucked our way up (little Nala doesn’t like the deep snow, so we had to carry her)! This hill was seriously SO much fun and we had the absolute best time. After Layla continually chased after us down the hill, the path became pretty bumpy and rough. We then trained her to chase us down in her own lane. After a couple of runs, we were gaining some serious speed! Later, we went to High Country Lodge to snow tube; one of the coolest things I’ve done! It’s only $12 for two hours (including the tube) and it is seriously worth every penny! They even have a smaller hill to the side for the little ones. I highly recommend this place!

We are still in the process of putting together a video of the entire trip, so stay tuned! 🙂 Below is a list of my top 5 things to bring for a snowy road trip! Thanks for reading and happy Sunday ❤

⇓⇓⇓

1 . Hot Chillys – I had never even heard of these until the Christmas before last. They are number 1 on my list for a reason! If you are not used to the cold or are just a huge baby like me, you need these thermal long underwear!

2 . Ice Scraper – This is a must! Last year we did not have one and it was brutal!

3 . Water resistance boots – I linked a pair above that I wore and they were absolutely perfect. Make sure you get knee high ones incase the snow is deep.

4 . Layers – Make sure you bring enough along with the right sized tops and sweaters to layer underneath your big coats. Layers are key!

5 . Thermal Socks – You would be surprised how fast your feet can get cold through a thick rubber boot and 3 regular layers of socks (I definitely was). Freezing toes are no fun, especially the burning sensation that follows when you’ve found some warmth. These will most certainly save you a lot of pain! 🙂
