Today is National ‘Take a Hike Day‘ so I thought I would share one of my favorite hikes with y’all! About 2 months ago I lived in Austin, Texas for about 15 months and discovered one of my favorite views. You get a spectacular view of Lake Austin and the Pennybacker Bridge. It is the perfect hike to bring a little picnic. When you get up to the first look-out point there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view and have a little snack. You can follow the path to the right and check out some other cool look-out spots or you can turn around after you’ve seen the main view.
