Hi loves! How cute is this crop top from Target?! It also comes in pink and both have matching pom shorts. I’ve seriously been eyeing them for about a month now thinking, “OMG if I wasn’t pregnant I would get that crop set in both colors!” When I was at Target the other day I saw they still had them, and I randomly decided, hey so what if I’m pregnant? I’m proud of my bump and want to show it off! This partly happened because my sister-in-law has been tagging me on Instagram of cute pregnant chicks wearing crop tops and showing off their bumps. I don’t know why I had it set in my mind that it wasn’t okay to show off your bump in public but those thoughts are long gone now!

I got this maxi skirt a few years back at T.J. Max but I linked a VERY similar skirt above. I actually bought this skirt and a couple others in a size large by accident and just tied a knot to the side when I wasn’t preggo, but now they all fit perfectly! Best accident ever lol. Saves me from having to buy a ton of maternity clothes. I got the clutch a few years back from Francescas and just tied the tassels from my Target beach bag to it!

Thanks for stopping by! ❤

Happy Tuesday! Today’s post is short and sweet. How cute is this tassel dress from Target?! It’s only $25 and I’m a sucker for anything with tassel! I love the adjustable straps and that it isn’t maternity so I can wear it after the pregnancy. I’m 6 months pregnant and still fit in a size small lol! I linked the same dress but in black. For some reason the pink one isn’t showing up online, but if you pop in to your local Target you should be able to find it! The sandals I’m wearing are also from Target and are currently on sale for less than $20!

Thanks for stopping by! ❤

Happy Friday loves! We have a crawfish boil to attend this weekend that I’m so excited about!! I’ve been craving crawfish like crazy for months now and I will finally have the opportunity to stuff my face haha.

The rest of our Cali trip consisted of more house hunting and beach time with our pups! We did not realize that not every beach in California allows dogs (most actually). When we were in Huntington Beach we found a dog beach not far from the pier! Our dogs totally loved it! Layla made so many new friends and we got to relax and watch her have fun. We camped our first night at KOA Campgrounds and really loved it. They had tons of camping spots for RVs and tent campers along with a pool, playground, and even a movie showing at night for the kids on a big screen! We will definitely be returning once Jack is born. It got a little too cold at night for my liking. It literally felt like we were camping in the fall/winter lol. So make sure you bring plenty of blankets and jackets if you plan on camping! We really liked this place because they actually allowed dogs and tent camping. A surprising number of campgrounds in California are only for RVs and a lot do not allow dogs. I definitely recommend trying this place out, even if you’re not a huge camper!

The other dog beach we went to was in Long Beach, called Rosie’s Dog Beach. Make sure you bring plenty of quarters to park! We loved this dog beach as well. I love how Long Beach has a side walk basically in the middle of the beach (sand on both sides). We plan on taking our bikes and skates out there as soon as we get the chance! We went and walked the Long Beach Waterfront afterwards and saw the beautiful harbor at sunset. There are tons of little shops and restaurants with great views! We ate at Gladstone’s Long Beach and absolutely loved it! We had the most perfect table right by the window with a view of the harbor and a cute little lighthouse! At night the boardwalk and lighthouse were completely lit up with lights that changed colors. I got the lobster mac n cheese and Tyler got fish tacos. Both were exquisite and super filling! The parking meters along the boardwalk accept card and coins, so don’t get discouraged if you used all your quarters at the beach like we did haha!

Below, I linked a couple of other super cute one pieces! After wearing one for the first time in over a decade, I forgot how comfy and cute they are. I definitely need to start wearing one pieces more often!

Hi everyone! I hope you all had an amazing holiday weekend! Our’s was quite eventful to say the least lol. As many of you already know, we are moving to California in June so it was time to take a trip and find the exact location we will be living. We decided to make it a road trip so we could bring our dogs and save money (we really don’t like going anywhere without them haha). It took us about 18 hours each way and actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be! We had to spend most of our time driving around looking for houses to rent, but on our downtime, we got to go to the beach and do some site seeing. California is seriously SO beautiful and such a change of pace compared to Texas. The only downside for me personally is how cold it gets at night! I’ve lived in Texas my entire life, so lets just say I’m a huge baby when it comes to anything under 70 degrees. Tyler keeps convincing me I will get used to it once we are there, but I’m not too sure lol.

I’m absolutely obsessed with this beach bag and cover up from Target! I love the tassel detail on the bag and how spacious it is; total steal at only 35 bucks! Both my top and bottom of my swimsuit are on sale right now and neither are maternity! I just went a size up on the top and bottoms! More pictures and details on our trip will be up on part 2 by Friday! ❤

Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
