ICE CREAM: Halo Top
I have found the holy grail of ice cream!!! Halo top is low-calorie, high-protein, and low-sugar ice cream made with all natural ingredients. It literally tastes the exact same as regular ice cream (trust me I eat a lot of ice cream haha!) My favorite is the chocolate chip cookie dough. It tastes just as good, if not better, than any other brand I’ve had and it only has 360 calories per PINT!!
Compare that to Blue Bell chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream which has 760 calories PER PINT!! It also has far, far, far less sugar and fat!! Halo Top has over 15 different flavors so you are sure to never get bored with any of them. The calories vary by the flavor, so your favorite may have even LESS calories!! You can’t go wrong with this brand. Even my dogs were loving it haha.
