How awesome are these yoga mats from Serene Focus?! My sister-in-law and I have been talking about doing yoga on the beach since we moved to California. When we got these new mats, we had to try them out right away! We both loved the quality of the mats, especially how thick they are. The length is perfect and the designs promote better postures! We both noticed a difference in our postures. We used the focal points to better our balance and I held a pose longer than I ever have before! Woo lol! These focal points are going to be perfect for when I start up hot yoga again. I usually have a hard time finding a focal point in the room, as I tend to get distracted.
